Extending the life of your firebox

We know it's important to be able to have long lasting products. that's why we want to give a couple dos and don'ts to help with this.

DO use a dedicated grounded outlet and unplug the fireplace unit when not in use.

Do NOT plug other cords into the same outlet or use plug adapters of any kind.

Do NOT plug your electric fireplace into a power strip or extension cord. It should always be plugged directly into the wall outlet.
