The La Barbacoa propane gas chili roaster and charcoal grill features a large 30 inch by 12 inch detachable Teflon coated stainless steel roasting drum.The barrel is in turn on an attractive black powder coated stout steel support frame with an easy-to-operate drum door. The food grade stainless steel mesh is coated with teflon for non stick use and will last many chili seasons. Capable of roasting up to 30 pounds of chiles or 2 dozen ears of corn in 6 -12 minutes. The La Barbacoa's 5 burners are evenly spaced to ensure that the chiles or veggies are evenly scorched. The roaster comes in at a weight of about 38 pounds and the grill is 33 pounds. Our La Barbacoa propane gas chili roaster can be used on a tabletop or paired with the included La Barbacoa portable charcoal grill. This grill doubles as a stand as well as an optional roasting medium.
