This is a self-adhering door/window flashing that is made of a 100% butyl-based rubber adhesive layer which makes for a durable and dependable window flashing that protects the window from potential water damage. It also seals the gap between rough openings which is a vulnerable point for water damage. This helps prevent rot. corrosion. and mold and can improve the wall's durability. This flashing also allows for the building to become more energy efficient by preventing air and water leakage from the building.
