Zinc nano-particles protect surface by blocking UV which cause color fade. Use hand brush. deck brush or paint roller to apply. Clean up with soap and water. Coverage 100 To 150 Sq. Ft. Per 1 Gal. When treating horizontal composite deck surfaces. only a single coat of material is required. For natural wood surfaces. apply two coats of sealer. waiting approximately 15-30 minutes between coats. 2 to 6 hours dry to the touch.
